Growing Together: Who We Are and How We Approach the Work

A website redesign is never only a visual project.
It changes how an organization introduces itself. It clarifies what the organization does, who it serves, and why its way of working matters. It creates a moment to pause, take stock, and ask a practical question:
Does the way we present ourselves reflect how we actually work?
For us, the answer begins with two words: Growing Together.
LEMKTG is an orgs & systems development firm. We help organizations understand how their people, stories, systems, and environments work together. Then we help make those relationships more useful, more coherent, and more human.
Our work sits at the intersection of organizational development consulting, digital experience design, content creation services, brand development services, and growth strategy. These are not separate disciplines in the way organizations experience them. They overlap every day.
A website affects trust.
A brand affects behavior.
A system affects communication.
A growth plan affects people.
We work across those connections.
From KinkPOP to LEMKTG
We started in 2007 as KinkPOP in Austin, Texas. At the time, our work focused largely on marketing and lead generation.
The work evolved.
We moved into IoT pipeline development for governments in Latin America. That experience brought us closer to complex systems, long sales cycles, public-sector environments, and the practical realities of connecting technology with people.
In 2012, we reestablished the company as LEMKTG. Since then, our focus has continued to develop. We are now based in Miami, Florida, and our work has become increasingly centered on helping organizations find themselves.
That phrase matters.
Many organizations already have expertise, history, insight, and potential. The challenge is not always creating something new. Often, the challenge is recognizing what is already there, understanding how it fits together, and expressing it clearly.
We help with that process.
Organizations are more than structures
We see organizations as combinations of people, stories, systems, and environments.
Each part shapes the others.
People bring experience, expectations, habits, and ideas. Stories explain what an organization believes and how it makes meaning. Systems determine how work moves. Environments influence what people notice, what they can access, and how they behave.
When these elements support one another, organizations become easier to understand and easier to work within.
When they do not, the effects are visible:
- A strong service is difficult to find online.
- A clear strategy is not reflected in daily decisions.
- A brand promise does not match the customer experience.
- A team has good ideas but no practical system for moving them forward.
- Marketing attracts attention, but the organization is not ready to create momentum.
These are not isolated marketing problems. They are organizational problems with marketing, communication, design, or growth symptoms.
That is why our approach does not begin with a template.
Context beats templates
Templates can be useful. They can provide structure, speed up early decisions, and offer a starting point.
They cannot tell us what is true for a specific organization.
A nonprofit, a startup, a public agency, and an established business may all need a new website. Their reasons are different. Their audiences are different. Their internal cultures are different. Their resources, risks, and definitions of success are different.
The same solution cannot serve all of them well.
Before recommending a direction, we want to understand the context. We look at the organization’s goals, culture, history, audience, constraints, and current ways of working. We listen for the gap between what an organization says and what people actually experience.
That context shapes the work.
Our approach brings together insights from psychology, organizational development, human behavior, design, research, and communication. The goal is not to make an organization appear more polished than it is. The goal is to help it become more understandable, usable, and aligned.
We build from what we learn.
Three connected pillars
Our work is organized around three connected pillars.
Vibe Coding
Every system tells a story about how people work together.
That includes a website, a customer portal, an internal workflow, a digital tool, or a process built from several disconnected tools. People experience these systems through small moments: where they click, what they understand, what they cannot find, and whether the next step feels obvious.
Through Vibe Coding, we design and build digital experiences that feel intuitive, useful, and aligned with human behavior.
This is more than making something look good. It is about understanding the relationship between people and systems. We consider the information architecture, the language, the visual hierarchy, the emotional experience, and the practical action a person needs to take.
Good digital experience design reduces unnecessary effort. It makes the important things easier to see and the next steps easier to take.
Content Creation
Good content is more than information. It is an experience.
Content shapes how people understand an organization. It can create clarity or confusion. It can invite participation or create distance. It can explain a complicated idea, help someone make a decision, or give a team language for what it is trying to do.
Our content creation services focus on meaningful communication with clarity, authenticity, and purpose.
We do not begin with the question, “What should we post?”
We begin with questions like:
- What does the audience need to understand?
- What does the organization need to say clearly?
- What is the difference between information and useful guidance?
- What tone reflects the organization’s actual values?
- What should someone be able to do after reading, watching, or seeing this?
Content works best when it is connected to the organization behind it. We help create that connection.

Marketing, Brand & Sales
Marketing attracts attention. Branding builds recognition. Sales create momentum.
We bring these elements together to help organizations communicate their value and grow with intention.
Marketing without a clear brand can become noisy. Branding without a path to action can become passive. Sales without trust can become transactional.
The strongest growth systems connect all three.
Our work may include brand development services, growth strategy, launch support, business development, crisis management, or online presence work. The specific need changes from organization to organization. The underlying question stays consistent:
How can this organization create meaningful momentum without losing the people it is trying to serve?
Services built around real needs
We describe our core services simply:
- Brand : clarify identity, positioning, voice, and recognition.
- Growth : develop practical strategies for sustainable momentum.
- Launch : prepare organizations, offers, and initiatives to enter the world clearly.
- Biz Dev : create relationships and pathways that support opportunity.
- Crisis : respond with clarity, steadiness, and care when conditions change.
- Online : improve digital presence, experience, and accessibility.
These categories help explain what we do. They do not limit how we work.
A project may begin as a website redesign and reveal a positioning issue. A growth strategy may surface an internal communication problem. A brand project may require research into customer behavior, team culture, or organizational history.
We follow the actual need.

What working with us looks like
We start by listening.
We ask questions. We review what exists. We look at how people currently experience the organization. We identify the visible challenge, then look for the conditions underneath it.
Next, we make the situation clearer.
We define the problem, the opportunity, the audience, and the desired outcome. We identify what needs to change and what should remain. We create a direction that people can understand and use.
Then we build.
That may mean a brand system, a content plan, a digital experience, a launch strategy, a business development process, or a practical response to a crisis. We work collaboratively and keep the work connected to real decisions.
Finally, we adjust.
Organizations change while projects are underway. New information appears. Priorities shift. A solution that looked right in the first week may need refinement in the fourth. That is normal. We treat iteration as part of responsible work, not as a failure of planning.
The goal is not dependency. The goal is greater clarity and capability within the organization.
Growing together
“Growing Together” is more than a tagline for us.
It describes our view of the relationship between organizations and the people around them. Growth is not only expansion, visibility, or revenue. It can also mean becoming clearer, more resilient, more useful, and more aligned.
It means making room for human well-being alongside organizational goals.
As we move forward with the redesigned LEMKTG website, we are making that approach easier to see. The site introduces our pillars, services, and point of view. More importantly, it reflects how we want to work: with curiosity, context, practical strategy, and respect for the people inside every system.
If your organization is trying to clarify its story, improve its digital experience, strengthen its brand, or create a more intentional path to growth, we would be glad to learn more.
